Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains our policies regarding subscription cancellations, refunds, and related matters for ProfitMaster services. This policy should be read together with ourTerms and Conditions.
1. Overview
At MOONSHIFT LLC, operating as ProfitMaster, we strive to provide exceptional service and value to our customers. We understand that circumstances change, and we have designed our cancellation and refund policies to be fair and transparent. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
2. Free Trial Period
2.1 Trial Duration
We offer a 14-day free trial for new users who sign up for a paid subscription plan. During this trial period, you will have full access to all features included in your selected plan.
2.2 Trial Terms
- The free trial is available to new customers only, limited to one trial per user or business entity
- You must provide valid payment information to start your free trial
- You will not be charged during the 14-day trial period
- Your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends
- We reserve the right to determine eligibility for the free trial and may deny or revoke trial access at our discretion
2.3 Canceling During Free Trial
You may cancel your subscription at any time during the 14-day free trial period without being charged. To cancel:
- Log in to your ProfitMaster account
- Navigate to Account Settings > Subscription
- Click “Cancel Subscription” and follow the prompts
- Alternatively, contact our support team at contact@profit-master.io
If you cancel during the free trial, you will retain access to the Service until the end of the 14-day trial period, and you will not be charged.
3. Subscription Cancellation
3.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your ProfitMaster account at app.profit-master.io
- Go to Account Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription
- Select “Cancel Subscription”
- Confirm your cancellation and provide optional feedback
- You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed
You can also contact our support team at contact@profit-master.io with subject line “Cancel Subscription” and include your account email address.
3.2 Cancellation Effective Date
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle
- You will continue to have full access to the Service until the end of your paid period
- Your subscription will not automatically renew for the next billing cycle
- No further charges will be made to your payment method
3.3 What Happens After Cancellation
Once your subscription expires after cancellation:
- Your access to the Service will be terminated
- Your account will be downgraded to an inactive status
- Your data will be retained for 30 days in accordance with our data retention policy
- You can export your data before the end of your subscription period
- After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted
3.4 Reactivating Your Subscription
You can reactivate your subscription at any time within 30 days of cancellation by logging into your account and selecting a new subscription plan. After 30 days, you will need to create a new account and re-connect your integrations.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Consumer Right to Cancel
If you are a Consumer (purchasing the Product or using the Services wholly or mainly for your personal use), you have the right to cancel this Agreement and return the Product within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day after completion of the Transaction.
To cancel your order, you must inform us of your decision. To ensure immediate processing, please contact us at contact@profit-master.io.
Please note that in respect of subscription services, your right to cancel is only present following the initial subscription and not upon each automatic renewal.
4.2 Effect of Cancellation
If you cancel this Agreement as permitted above, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you.
- We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this Agreement
- We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement
4.3 Exception to the Right to Cancel
Your right as a Consumer to cancel your order does not apply to the supply of Digital Content that you have started to download, stream or otherwise acquire and to Products which you have had the benefit of.
4.4 General Refund Policy
Refunds are provided at our sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. We will refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.
This does not affect your Consumer right to cancel within 14 days as described in Section 4.1 above. This also does not affect your rights as a Consumer in relation to Products which are not as described, faulty or not fit for purpose.
5. How to Request a Refund
5.1 Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email our support team at contact@profit-master.io with subject line “Refund Request”
- Include the following information in your email:
- Your full name and account email address
- Your subscription plan and billing date
- The reason for your refund request
- The transaction ID or charge date (if available)
- Any supporting documentation or screenshots
- Our support team will review your request within 3-5 business days
- You will receive an email with our decision and next steps
5.2 Refund Review Timeline
- Initial Response: Within 3-5 business days of receiving your request
- Investigation: Up to 10 business days for complex cases requiring technical review
- Decision: You will be notified of our decision via email
- Processing: If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
6. Refund Methods and Processing
6.1 Refund Method
All approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method or account.
6.2 Processing Time
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days (may vary by issuing bank)
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Other Payment Methods: Timeframes vary by payment processor
Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution's processing times and is beyond our control.
6.3 Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be issued on a prorated basis, subject to the terms of this policy and applicable law.
7. Annual Subscriptions
7.1 Annual Plan Cancellation
Annual subscriptions are subject to the same cancellation policy as monthly subscriptions. However, please note:
- Annual subscriptions are paid in full at the beginning of the subscription year
- Your access will continue until the end of your annual term after cancellation
- If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of your initial annual subscription purchase (after the free trial, if applicable)
7.2 Annual Plan Refunds
Refunds for annual subscriptions follow the same eligibility criteria as monthly subscriptions. If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel within 14 days from the date of purchase (after the free trial, if applicable).
8. Failed Payments and Account Suspension
8.1 Payment Failures
If a subscription payment fails:
- We will attempt to process the payment up to three times over a 7-day period
- You will receive email notifications about the failed payment
- Your access to the Service may be suspended after the first failed attempt
- If all payment attempts fail, your subscription will be automatically canceled
8.2 Updating Payment Information
To avoid payment failures and service interruption, please ensure your payment information is current. You can update your payment method at any time in your Account Settings.
8.3 Reinstating After Failed Payment
If your subscription was canceled due to failed payment, you can reinstate it by:
- Updating your payment information
- Paying any outstanding balance
- Subscribing to a new plan
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
9.1 Chargeback Policy
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue:
- Your account will be immediately suspended pending resolution of the dispute
- You will be responsible for any chargeback fees incurred by ProfitMaster
- We reserve the right to permanently terminate your account if the chargeback is unjustified
This does not affect your Consumer right to cancel within 14 days as described in Section 4.1.
9.2 Resolving Billing Issues
Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us at contact@profit-master.io. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly. Most billing disputes can be resolved within 3-5 business days.
10. Plan Changes and Upgrades
10.1 Upgrading Your Plan
You can upgrade to a higher-tier plan at any time:
- The upgrade takes effect immediately
- You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle
- Your next billing date will be adjusted accordingly
- You will have immediate access to all features of the higher-tier plan
10.2 Downgrading Your Plan
You can downgrade to a lower-tier plan:
- The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- You will continue to have access to your current plan's features until the end of the billing period
- You will be charged the new lower rate at your next billing date
This does not affect your Consumer right to cancel within 14 days as described in Section 4.1.
11. Legal Requirements
We will comply with refund requirements mandated by applicable consumer protection laws, including but not limited to EU Consumer Rights Directive, Australian Consumer Law, and other regional regulations. Nothing in this Agreement affects your rights as a Consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
12. Data Export Before Cancellation
We strongly recommend exporting your data before canceling your subscription:
- Log in to your account and navigate to Settings > Data Export
- Select the data you wish to export (reports, metrics, configurations)
- Choose your export format (CSV, JSON, PDF)
- Download your data before your subscription ends
After 30 days of account inactivity following cancellation, your data may be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

14. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. When we make material changes:
- We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page
- We will send email notifications to active subscribers
- Changes will take effect 30 days after posting
- Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy
Important Reminder
To avoid charges, remember to cancel your subscription before your free trial ends or before your next billing date. Cancellations must be completed before the renewal date to prevent charges for the next billing cycle.
